Is there really nothing to pay up front?
Nothing. No build fee and no setup fee. You see your site first, then pay the monthly plan.
How long do I sign up for?
There's no minimum term. You pay month to month and stay as long as it's working for you. To cancel, give us a month's notice. The details are in our terms.
When will it be live?
It depends on the plan and how much there is to say. We'll give you a date when we talk, and hold to it once we have what we need from you.
Do I need to write the words?
No. We write them with you. Send whatever you have, such as photos, a logo or sites you like the look of, and we'll do the rest.
What counts as a small change?
Text, photos, prices, hours and other updates to pages you already have. Done within 2 working days, or the next working day on Warp (working days are Monday to Friday, not bank holidays). New sections, pages or features, we'll quote first.
What do you need from me?
Access to your Google profile, any photos you have, and a quick reply when we check something with you. That's it.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Move up whenever you need more and we'll build what the new plan includes, or move down with a month's notice.
Can I buy my site outright instead?
For websites, yes: if you'd rather pay once and own it, get in touch and we'll quote it. Shops run on our own platform, so they stay on a plan.
What's mine if I leave?
Your domain, your Google profile, the words we wrote for you and the photos you gave us, and for a shop, your products, customers and orders. We hand them all over. The site itself stays with us and comes down at the end of your notice, unless you've bought it outright.
I already have a site. Start again, or fix it?
Whichever makes sense. We'll look at it and tell you straight.
